CSI
All throughout high school, I have taken a history class every year. Until this year, history was never a subject that provoked much interested from me. My current history class, Current Social Issues (CSI), has been the first history class that I have really enjoyed. It proved that being informed about the events that are happening around the world benefits a person. It helps them have a better outlook on what is going on around them and also betters them as a person. Below is a project that I did with a group. For this project, my group and I had to research stories that we had previously talked about in class, and present them in a bulletin board. To accomplish this project successfully, my group had work together and efficiently to get the board done on time. When some group members didn’t pull their weight, I couldn’t sit back and just watch that part of the project not get done. I had to do extra work in order for this assignment to get done on time. Just like for this project, in the future I may have to work with others who don’t fully do their work, so in order to do well, I would have to pick up the extra work. But with my hard work attitude and effort level, I believe I can get any amount of work accomplished.
